More About the Convention
Location
ACSA Chairman Ernst D. Schroeder, Jr. has selected the beautiful Phoenician hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona as the site for the 100th ACSA Convention! While the hotel is world renowned for its contemporary elegance, the selection of this site holds much more meaning to our Chairman, as The Phoenician is the same hotel his father held his convention in 1996.
Hotel Registration
We are delighted to be at The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort for this year’s convention. Be sure to book your room before Tuesday, May 21, 2024, to guarantee the exclusive group rate of $305.00.
Please note that the room rate is exclusive of the 12.57% tax, $15.00 resort fee, $10.00 one-time porterage fee, and $3.00 per night housekeeping service fee.
Convention Registration

ACSA Golden State Centennial Cup
We will be bringing back the ACSA golf tournament at the upcoming convention! Details on the event include:

Where: The Phoenician Golf Club
Time: 12:30 PM Shotgun Start (Registration will begin at 11:30 AM)
Format: 4-Person Scramble
Entry Fee: $250.00 per player (includes all green fees, range balls, complimentary food and beverage and a chance to win prizes throughout the tournament)
Club Rental Fee: $65.00 (includes 6 golf balls)

Attire
The attire for the convention is business casual. A jacket is recommended for the evening functions.

Headline Speakers
The full list of speakers have not yet been released. However, ACSA is thrilled to announce that Michael Every, global strategist at Rabobank Singapore, will be joining us at the ACSA Centennial Convention! He is frequently published in the bank’s economic research publications and quoted in financial media and was invited to present to the 2022 G-20 on the current global crisis. We look forward to hearing Every give our members and guests an overview of macroeconomic events and their potential effects on the cotton market.

The ACSA staff is looking forward to your arrive into Scottsdale. For some, you may be driving, but we expect many of you to be traveling via air. The closest major airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), which is approximately 30 minutes (9.2 miles) to the Phoenician hotel.
