COMMENTS: Bill O’Connor on Ag Committees and Recent Elections

The attached comments from Bill O’Connor former Policy Director of the House Ag Committee, now working for McLeod, Watkinson & Miller in DC. Mr. O’Connor was a friend to ACSA in past years in working on Farm Policy with the committee and appeared before the ACSA Board and ACSA leadership in meetings on many occasions. His comments came during a webinar sponsored by McLeod, Watkinson & Miller regarding 2012 Farm Bill and the new members of Congress and leadership positions going into to Farm Bill negotiations.
