Change in AWP Filename Format

Announcement Received From Mr. Gene Rosera, USDA – February 12, 2010

This is to inform cotton industry entities that use an automated process to download weekly AWP announcements that the filename format used by FSA for the weekly upland cotton AWP file has been modified.

Previously, this file was in the format: feb12upl.doc However, starting today, and for subsequent AWP announcements, the format is: feb1210upl.doc

The addition of two-digits to represent the year was found necessary to avoid duplicating filenames in some FSA applications.
