The Four Seasons occupies a serene spot on the shores of Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin. With 291 rooms and 28 suites, the nine-story Four Seasons, boasts a waterfront address, a heated outdoor pool in well-tended gardens, plush furnishings and the most up-to-date amenities.

All reservations must be made by calling the hotel direct at 512-685-8100 and indicate the American Cotton Shippers Group Rate ($299).  Reservations must be made prior to Friday, April 6, 2018. After this date, all unreserved rooms will be released by the hotel for general sale.  Reservation changes and cancellations must be made(2) two days  prior to the date of arrival to avoid penalty.  A one-night’s room charge with applicable tax will be levied for any cancellations within the two days arrival.  Early departures will be charged full room and tax.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

If any room is not vacated by this time, Patron will be charged a late charge unless prior arrangements are made with the hotel.

Gateway Arch and Jefferson National Expansion Memorial

Just a brief 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Gateway Arch and Jefferson National Expansion Memorial. Take an enclosed tram to the top of the Arch and view the city skyline and surrounding area from 630 feet (190 metres) above ground.

Anheuser-Busch Brewery

Visit the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales at the Anheuser-Busch Brewery.

Forest Park

Visit Forest Park, one of the country’s largest urban parks and the location of the St. Louis Zoo. Home to more than 18,000 wild animals, the zoo offers complimentary admission, with an additional fee for certain attractions and exhibits. St. Louis Science Center and St. Louis Art Museum are also must-sees before leaving Forest Park, both attractions offering complimentary general admission.

Square One Brewery and Distillery

Located in a restored historical building, Square One Brewery and Distillery is a fun, relaxed place to enjoy an excellent locally brewed beer. Square One’s on-site brewery offers up to 13 beers on tap, including ales, pilsners, imperials, cask-conditioned ales and seasonal beers. Ask your server for beer/food pairing recommendations off of the extensive food menu.

SHOPPING VENUES

For retail therapy, Plaza Frontenac offers high-end stores such as Saks, Tiffany & Co. and Louis Vuitton. After shopping, see a film at the movie theatre or have a light snack at one of the plaza’s many restaurants. Be sure to check the website for events occurring during your trip.

Cherokee Street in the Cherokee-Lemp Historical District is home to 19 antiques stores as well as a number of galleries and restaurants. Vintage jewellery, pottery, furniture and military items are among the treasures you will find in this seven-block area.
